[Dl-members] Self Defense Instruction at Ojukan Today (Tuesday)

This Tuesday's practice will feature techniques and practice for self
defense.  If you've missed previous opportunities to attend one of these
types of classes, Tuesday is your chance to drop in get exposed to the
topic.  The classes are a lot of fun and are a good source of practical
information and technique for self defense.  If you haven't been able to
attend regular Judo practice lately, this might be a good time to drop in!
