REGISTRATION/WEIGH-IN FRI. Feb. 21st, 6:00-8:00PM or Sat. Feb. 22nd,
8:00-9:30am at the MAC

Gym. Current registration card required USJI, USJF, USJA, or Judo Canada
and will be checked during

registration. All entries must register/weigh in before Sat 9:30am. Weights
used to verify divisions. Unless the

tournament director is notified all 40yr+ entries will be placed in Masters
Shiai divisions only.

SCHEDULE Referees/Coaches meeting: 9:30am Junior shiai start: 10:00am

RULES IJF rules with the following modifications: Chokes allowed for 13yr
old and above, Armlocks

allowed for Sr. Novice/Sr. Adv. and Masters. Co-ed competition for 5-6, and
7-8 year olds depending on

number of entries. Competition area is at least 7mx7m with a 3m safety
border. 4m between competition areas.

CONTEST INFO Modified double elimination for 5 or more contestant pools,
otherwise round robin

elimination based on wins first, then points. Awards given for 1st, 2nd,
and 3rd place winners. White judo gi

is mandatory, blue judo gi optional for Junior/Sr. Novice divisions. Blue
sashes will be provided. White and

Blue judo gi is mandatory for all Sr. Adv./Masters divisions. Age and
weight divisions are subject to

change by the tournament director based on safety/weight/rank/age.
