perform Sasae Tsuri Komi Ashi (lifting, pulling foot prop).  The
demonstration is performed by Sato Tadashi sensei, 8th Dan, in Moscow.  He
presents one of the best and easiest to understand demonstrations I have
ever seen for this technique.
