[Dl-members] O-Goshi (Major Hip Throw)

We've been practicing O-Goshi at Ojukan lately.  Last night's focus was
great and people are really starting to show competence in different
aspects of the technique.

For reference, I'm sending y'all a web link to a Mike Swain video for
O-Goshi.  Mike Swan is a world champion and an excellent instructor.  I
invite everyone practicing O-Goshi to have a look at the video and listen
to Mike's talking points.  It's just over 1 minute long.
