[Dl-members] Road Construction on 28th Avenue this week

Construction could affect access for Ojukan Judo practice at the armory.  I
believe traffic will still be able to access the armory, but you may need
to take a different route if you are used to coming up 28th from
Baseline/Main.

There is construction on 28th avenue starting yesterday (Saturday) and
continuing until next weekend.  I've driven around the area today and it
seems like the blockage is between Baseline/Main and Veteran's drive.  If
you approach the 'Y' in the road, on 28th, where you split off to get to
the armory, you should have no problems if you come in from Cornell or
Veteran's drive.  I'll drive around the area tomorrow and send an update
out if things change.
