[Dl-members] Kata Practice, Sunday, January 18th, 10:00AM - 2:00PM

Some of you know may already know this, and my apologies for the late
notice to those of you who are hearing this for the first time, but Ojukan
will be hosting a special Sunday practice at the end of this week at the
Armory.

Kata practice.  Nage No Kata.

Practice is free for everyone, no fees or special registration or
anything.  If you are a green belt or above, you are invited to join us for
Nage No Kata practice.   If you aren't quite a green belt yet, you're
welcome to come and watch, but there is a basic knowledge of a sizable
number of techniques required before Nage No Kata can be practice.  We're
all family, so you're all welcome to drop in, but instruction will be
necessarily limited to green belt and above.
