Just a reminder about the Itsutsu No Kata and Tandoku Renshu clinic this
month....

Southwestern Oregon Community College Judo will host a clinic on Saturday,
August 25, 2018 taught by Sensei Delynn Purcell, Rokudan, and Sensei Mike
Purcell, Shichidan, Columbia Judo Dojo, Kennewick, WA.  They will teach
Itsutsu No Kata - Forms of Five, and Tandoku-Renshu - Solo Practice from
the Maximum Efficiency Exercise.  The clinic is open to current USJF, USA
Judo, and USJA members.  Please bring your membership card to the clinic.
Registration will begin at 9am, followed by the clinic, 9:30am to 4:30pm.
The clinic fee is $25 which includes lunch.

Attached is a registration form and a waiver for the event.  Please RSVP to
Sensei Rob Schab, r.schab at charter.net if you plan to attend so that he can
